Fergie and Josh Duhamel have renewed their marital vows almost a year after their wedding, it has been reported.The Black Eyed Peas singer and film actor couple exchanged their vows afresh in a private ceremony at Santa Barbara, California.A source close to the couple said: "It was a total surprise for Fergie."The source described the scene as "really romantic" with "great views of the Pacific, a sunset ceremony".It was a 15-minute function held at the Bacara Resort & Spa.After the event, the pair shared a private dinner at the resort's Miro restaurant, and left the place to return to Los Angeles before the dinner crowd arrived.
