If I were to name one designer that summarize the <strong><span style="color:#333333;">Strongest Trends from New York</span></strong>, it would be <strong><span style="color:#333333;">Narciso Rodriguez</span></strong> with no hesitation. He takes his collection from his usual ultra feminine <span style="color:#333333;"><strong>Minimalistic</strong></span> shapes to a more androgynous look composed of asymmetry of parallelograms of sheer and opaque fabrics, solids and delicate prints. The <strong><span style="color:#333333;">Geometry</span></strong> of the cut is reinforced by the use of <span style="color:#333333;"><strong>Orange</strong></span>, aquamarine, light grey, underlined with black and white for a modern and dynamic silhouette that would have been perfect with a natural pony tail.</p><div style="text-align:left;" class="mceTemp mceIEcenter"><dl id="attachment_20976" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width:570px;"><dd class="wp-caption-dd"><br /></dd></dl></div><h3 style="text-align:left;"><strong>The Minimalistic Look</strong></h3><p style="text-align:left;">New York is the city where the minimalistic trend is king. The cut is sharp, simple, architecturally graphic and emphasized by fluid layers of different lengths. Spring Summer 2012 is definitely the time for fresh chic sportswear lines. <strong><span style="color:#333333;">3.1 Philip Lim</span></strong> his my preference with an androgyn line in plain colors with sorbet pastel palette, from peach to light purple with beige and off-whites, in soft, fluid and airy slited fabrics. In the minimalistic approach, <strong><span style="color:#333333;">Chado Ralph Rucci</span></strong>'s has taken a much more feminine direction with great success. My special mention goes to another Wang... Yes <span style="color:#333333;"><strong>V</strong></span></span><span style="color:#333333;"><strong>era Wang</strong></span>, who pleasantly surprised me with the debut of her show presenting a fitted silhouette with detachable elements in white cotton piqué with mini skirts, contrasting with some long fluid parachute silk skirts with embroidered eyelets and zippers. <div><b>Also on <a href="http://fashionuncensored.blogspot.com">FASHION UNCENSORED</a><br /><br />Yesterday, I made the trip to Toronto to attend my SECOND (woo) fashion class of this Fall Term. Although I love London, and the people who have made the past two years of my life extremely enjoyable, Toronto seems to give me the right 'snug' fit that I needed with respect to fashion. My profs are amazing and are unbelievably talented, my classmates are the next designers, models and personal shoppers in an elite Torontonian group, and the buzz around campus is absolutely breathtaking. There is always something happening, no matter what time of night.</b> <br /><b>The one thing that I love about Toronto and in particular, my classes, is that fashion NEVER sleeps. literally. I have personally witnessed five inch heels walk into a night classroom; which the duration is three hours. I have counted endless designer handbags and spotted even more labels on sunglasses. No one looks un-put-together. And if they do, you can sure as hell bet they did it on purpose.</b> <br /><b>My course outline is like reading a letter saying that you have won the lottery. Yes, Fashion magazines are my required textbooks.</b> <br /><b><br /></b> <br /><b>My first assignment is to spot new fall trends while in a crowded area.</b> <br /><b>Just so everyone knows, I am in love.</b> <br /><b><br /></b> <br /><b>Here is one piece of clothing that I've noticed I hope catches on, because I intend to sport a similar look at somepoint in the near future.
