Fashion is changing from time to time. However if we look at those closely, trends occurs in regular 20 years cycle. Now we could see leopard prints, biker vintage look, wide shoulders, and gold-ish effects are back! ( Balmain design is one of my favorite ) But definitely with freshly new designs & image as those designs had been recycled from previous time.

Now when we look at current trends with different types of amazing fashion pieces, do you ever wandered who create this wonderful design and ideas. Here are some report summary of each fashion period that makes the current trends.

1910 :
Designers who ruled fashion : Jacques Doucet, Callot Soeurs, Vionnet, Lanvin, Paquin, Fortuny, Paul Poiret.
Key trends : Classic Greek inspired, Bold artistic print color , Orientalism , beading & sequins.

1930 :
Designers who ruled fashion : Elsa Schiaparelli, Coco Chanel, Mainbocher, Valentina, Molyneux, Robert Piguet, Vionnet.
Key trends : Exagerrated shoulders, Fur, Bright shades, something that shows Elegance.

1950 :
Designers who ruled fashion : Christian Dior, Cristobal Balenciaga, Hubert de Givenchy, Jacques Fath.
Key Trends : Silhouettes focused on waist, Pencil skirts, trapeze shape coats.

1970 :
Designers who ruled fashion : Yves Saint Laurent, Ossie Clark & Celia Birtwell, Zandra Rhodes, Jean Muir, DVF, Karl Lagerfeld, Biba, Cacharel, Halston, Geoffrey Beene.
Key trends : Polyester leisure suits, Floor length dresses with prints.

1990 : Marc Jacobs
Key Trends : grunge collections, fashion trends paid attention on previous decades.
