Bohemian dressing can be best described as the unconventional form of dressing. Another term for it could be ‘non-traditional’. Paisleys, Flowers and Embroideries: Bohemian dressing involves a lot of paisley prints and textures for it’s quaint and mystic feel and vibe. There is a lot of flower embroideries and prints which are usually very vibrant and colorful and if not then in earthy colors of browns and beige. An embroidered bag or a clothing piece is a must in any bohemian’s closet. Embroidered panels on denims is also very popular and loved if you choose bohemian dressing.

Romantic Silhouettes: Long maxi dresses with flowy silhouettes is strong bohemian staple. Silk dresses with beautiful prints and embroideries, breezy contours and thin straps, which sometimes are halter necks are loved by the bohemian women. Accessorize them with long necklaces and layered jewellery and a bohemian head gear or a bandana for a perfect bohemian dressing look.

Bandanas Or Head Ties: You cannot be a bohemian if you choose not to pull this one off. Ties that work multi ways as head ties, bag ties and bandanas are very popular. Wear them a little back on the hairline so that it almost looks like an halo.

Gladiator/ Strappy Sandals: It is just not a bohemian thing to wear flip flops! Probably because they are made out of plastic. But bohemians have their own option to deal with summer footwear woes. They choose strappy leather sandals that look polished and fashionable. What’s more is that they come in various styles. While ankle length are much loved, there are also knee-high sandals that look badass below a dress.
