It was 12:30 and I was so hungry but had to stop in the Goodwill first, shopping over food! When I walked in I spotted my friend Nancy shopping away. Nancy is one of Atlanta best dressed women and I’m dead serious when I say that. Nancy is the kind of lady that will walk into Neiman Marcus and buy a dress and then get into her car and drive to a Goodwill and look for the perfect vintage belt to go with it. I love that mixing of high / low / new / vintage…. It’s the perfect way to shop in my opinion because she doesn’t allow herself to get pigeoned holed into a “style” sense. She is her own stylist ! Nancy handed me this gorgeous Diane Freis ruffled blouse, which was very kind of her, and it just happened to look marvelous with the gray wool / leather trim Escada skirt I had found earlier in the day… Hitting 2 thrift stores to find the perfect outfit is worth my hunger pains… I’m Daniel Troppy your luxury curator!
