Bridget and Megan come from a family with a long line of tradition and history. The name, Torregrossa, means "large tower" in Italian. The richly imagined, description of the Italian name, Torregrossa, comes to life in their family crest. The crest is a large tower, flanked with three stars on each side. A prominent crown sits above the tower, which is perched by an eagle with spread wings. This creative symbolism of their last name is the logo of their brand and will always be synonymous with the quality Torregrossa represents.

In fact, the name, Lucy Frocks, has been incorporated by Bridget and Megan, and will one day be a sister company to their primary label. She was an innovative businesswoman, who was well ahead of her time, and her life story, serves as a great inspiration. Her story was told to Bridget and Megan as young girls, by their parents who have always encouraged them to pursue this life-long dream.

"It is our goal as designers, to maintain a fashion forward approach, without jeopardizing quality, style, and functionalism, just as our great grandmother did ninety years ago," says Megan.

The Torregrossa collection will bridge the gap between high-end designer labels and less expensive, mass produced labels, without neglecting quality and design.
