The 'Go Green' movement is a hit this year! Pale green and lime will look absolutely fabulous, no matter your complexion. Shop for garments in natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, jute, khadi, bamboo and flax. These will keep the heat out.
Always combine brights with pastels, keeping more of the pastel and less of the bright color. A hint of vibrant ones such as turquoise, fuschia pink, blue and yellow will add character to your wardrobe but be sure to keep it to a minimum. You can also combine them with their pastel monochrome, such as, a blue belt or scarf with a pastel blue or aqua tunic.
