*ADVOCACY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPOSURE OF THE FASHION DESIGN, CLOTHING AND TEXTILE INDUSTRY IN BOTSWANA*
we recently had a fashion week rite here in this small city of ours
it was the 1st of its kind and i was totally xcited about it
i was one of the young designers who was asked to showcase my work at the show
i had neva seen GABORONE so colorful
workshops were conducted throughout the week and the shows on the 12-13 of AUG
all in all 30 designers show cased what they made of
this broken down was
10 young upcoming designers
10 local established designers
10 pan-african designers
this was one show that opened doors for young un-established designers like ME
during the next weeks i will post pics on the event abd add in writeups on who wore wat best who really shouldnt hav bothered and who INSPIRED ME
