I don’t think I have seen a sexier dress than this burgundy velvet gown by Tadashi … well at least not today… This velvet gown tears it up, I mean it is so sexy and chic with the sheer netting sides and backside… this gown is red carpet worthy….Tadashi Shoji was born in Japen and went to Los Angeles Trade Technical School.  There he discovered his passion for fashion design and got the opportunity to help design costumes for music stars such as Elton John, Stevie Wonder & Neil Diamond.  He started his own line of evening gowns & cocktail dresses after seeing that the market lacked special occasion garments for women at affordable prices.  In 1982 upscale retailers Bergdorf Goodman picked up his line and his pieces continue to be sold in various upscale retailers worldwide.   This second gown is designed by A.B.S by Allen Schwartz and it has sassy written all over it.  I love the ruffle trim on this dress, it’s the thing that really set it apart…well that and the purple border.  I swear to you I would slap my clients in either of these dresses just to wear during carpool.   Why not this life is short and sweet so dress for the occasion is what I say….
