To calculate the bra cup size, you need to subtract the band size from the bust size and each number represents in alphabets. 1'' = A, 2'' = B 3''=C and 4''=D and the bra size would be the combination of your band size and cup size. suppose your band size is 30 and cup size is D then your bra size would be 30D.
