“To know about being attractive without trying too hard for your shoot, kindly read this blog”.

If you don’t want to don attractive lingerie or baby dolls for your boudoir shoot, then I completely understand. In this blog, I am mainly going to address the same. I know a lot of women who are tomboyish or just feel comfortable in loose, easy clothes. And there is nothing wrong with that.

If being feminine and mysterious is not your type, and if you feel comfier in a t-shirt and a pair of boy shorts, then trust me, you should follow your gut and wear whatever makes you feel empowered and amazing. I have seen women struggling with corsets because they have never worn one before. What I want women to understand is that there are different types of being attractive. There is no need to mimic someone else's personality for boudoir photography.

A relaxed, cozy look will work for you as it will enhance your personality. To know more about these kinds of boudoir shoots, kindly read the rest of this blog.

You can pick up your favorite pair of tee and shorts for this shoot. It would have as much sex appeal as a pair of red lingerie. You just need to strike the right poses. If you are getting it done for your boyfriend or husband, then you can even bring his shirt for the shoot. Wearing it with a tie can perk up the look. You will feel at ease if you wear something that you are comfortable in. I know women who absolutely hate the thong and yet wear it because that is their idea of being attractive. If you are less intimated about the clothes you would be sporting, you would automatically pose better.

You can even opt for oversized clothes and create a fun, funky look. What about that big sweater you own? Or bae’s favorite jacket? You would look like a million bucks if you choose a tee that falls off the shoulder and creates a flirtatious look. Pair it up with a attractive pair of panties and you are good to go. If you want to wear something tighter, then also it is okay. Just make sure you are at ease when you are getting shot. Photographers wouldn’t want awkward facial expressions.

It is always about the pairing! Create classic wardrobe combinations that can never go wrong. An oversized sweater with lacy panties would work well. You can add a pair of high socks to add some drama to the overall look. Go barefoot if you want but do not forget to get pedicure done.

Another look that I would want to share with you all is the just jeans look. Go topless and wear your fav pair of jeans. Let your arms and hair cover your breasts and you are good to go. Try to pick a pair of jeans that is slightly looser than you usually wear. I am sure your photographer would agree with me on this.

You can even pick a bodysuit as it is attractive without trying too hard. All the colors and prints are fun and great for a boudoir shoot.

Other details:

If you are keeping it minimal, make sure the colors complement each other. Opt for pastel shades instead of bright ones. You can choose cute jewelry pieces such as bracelets, earrings, etc. to add some drama to the pictures. However, they should go with the overall style you are opting for.

Follow your instincts and I am sure you would rock the boudoir photography session.

So these are a few ways in which you can don a comfy, casual, and cute boudoir shoot. I am sure you will consider these tips for your upcoming shoot.
