Hannah Kristen Armstrong and Sterling Jacob Steensland were united in marriage Aug. 6, 2016, at the Sunburst Lodge on Casper Mountain with the Rev. Fred Bruner of Hope Church officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Becca and Steve Vall, of Evergreen, Colorado, and Neil and Karen Armstrong, of Boulder, Colorado.
The groom is the son of Becky and Larry Steensland, of Casper.

The best man was Steinar Steensland, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Trevor Wroble, Andrew Noble, Sean Hensley, Devon Conaway and Poe Morel.
The maid of honor was Annie Willoughby, sister of the bride, and bridesmaids were Kelly Whitaker and Hannah Wardlow.
Flower girls and ring bearer were Elodie Gaudet, niece of the groom, and Claire and Benjamin Larson, second cousins of the groom. Music was provided by Austin Hartford, guitarist, and Rocky Mountain Sound. The photographer was Cari Faye Photography and the caterer was SimplyU.
The bride graduated from Evergreen High School in 2013 and from the Paul Mitchell School of Denver in 2014 and is currently employed by Salon Savvy in Casper.
The groom graduated from Natrona County High School in 2010. He spent several winters in Jackson and Breckenridge, Colorado, snowboarding and landscaping in the summer with Galles Landscaping. He is the owner of Desh Landscaping.
The couple considers their meeting at a snowboard contest in Breckenridge a part of Jesus’ plan for their Christian faith life.
After their honeymoon on the Oregon coast, they reside in Casper until their mission with Hope Church to an orphanage in Belize. In January, their schooling continues at The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Gilbert, Arizona.
