This adorable Halloween kids outfit is perfect to wear to a pumpkin patch, daycare or school. Not exactly a costume, it is an outfit that your girl will want to wear in anticipation of Halloween. The outfit comes with a pair of coordinating legging. The legs on the leggings are mismatched, yet they are made from the same fabric as ruffle on the dress.
