There is no problem in developing sleepwear sampling
but maybe you dont get it in NY or NJ, or even if you found anyone, they will put you in que due to workload
i advise you to get it done overseas, might be you can get it in 10-12 days only
cost wise it is also very economical
you see how every big brand is doing their sampling & production from Asia
