  I am also looking to get into the fashion world. I am researching firms that would allow me to do this on a part time basis after 5pm. I have a full time job. I am an aspiring shoe designer that wants to build my network and knowledge of the industry. In the interim, building a strong network is key - I too reside in NYC.
