everything is worth trying.I have been in fashion for a few years. I've done Visual displays, I have been designer's assistants and other things but this is what I always wanted to do so I came back to it a couple years ago. If you have an eye for it, go for it. but remember, take some classes and training or become an assistant to an image Consultant,Because it's not only telling people what to wear.There is a lot more to it. I'm a boutique owner and a marketing professional, so coming from my backgrounds I understand that video is the best way to promote your fashion online because that is the most interactive way. I know some really good websites to sell and promote your clothing online with videos and have some good connections. Do you have your own fashion website? Can I take a look at it?
