I have got your mail address from MFN. I am a student at Manchester Metropolitan University . I am doing research on KPI's ( key performance indicators ) of buying and merchandising in fashion retail and store operations.
I am condutcting brief interviews of people who are currently working in this area. It would be of great help if you could participate in this research. It wont take any thing more than 15 min and could be conducted telephonically, in - person or via questionnaire fill up too. all the information will be kept anonymous and will be handled under the guidelines provided by Manchester Metropolitan University.
