if you want to start you own line you have to be present - you cannot control it from Moscow - do you have a marketing plan for your line (who is your clientel, who is your distribution channel (high end boutiques, medium priced retailers?) do you have the proper funding to start a marketing campaign. Do you have the supply chain setup to keep up with big orders? If you can answer some of these questions to your satisfaction, then you are on the right way - hope that helps
