    Jaime - welcome to the fashion industry network. Good luck with your new business. It is definately scary stepping out of a secure job and moving into business on your own. However, the only way to grow is to take some chances. Just make sure to do your research first... I guess after 23 years in the industry, you have some good research under your belt..
