I wanted to share a thought with you.
It would be great if you could open a branch of JD at Thane too.especially on Ghodbunder road as it is the highway and the developement hub of thane.The pace of development is remarkable on ghodbunder...be it commercial,institutional,residential .Myself being an alumini of JD had this thought click in my mind...and therefore wanted to share with you.

hello chandrakant, i wanted to ask for some advise. i am starting out new in the industry and ideally i want to establish myself both in india and london. i want to combine western and eastern clothes. i am working with a designer here in london and doing a dress making course at the moment. i am 23 and am unsure whether i should do a degree in london, or do you feel that experience with adesigner is more valuable? really need some direction, would appreciate some feedback.
also i have got a placement with rocky s for about 6 months in india. Do u think it will be worth it? Would i gain much out of it? i dont know what placements in india are like. i dont have much experience so do you think it is worth it, or would it be better for me to stay here an concentrate on building my western dress making skills?

Hi Chandraakant - really glad you enjoyed the article on my blog :) i love the fashion industry despite it's ups and downs - there are always things happening that are affecting and sometimes evolving our culture. i find it very fascinating

were you referring to me when you were talking about the Advisory Board, or just everyone in general? would love to be involved either way - it sounds really interesting :)
