Schumer,(D- New York) introduced a bill that the fashion industry industry seems to agree upon The main purpose is to protect intellectual property protection to unique and original fashion designs.and the creativity of designers.The bill is the Innovative Design Protection and Piracy Prevention Act (S. 3728), The bill will open the door to compeititiveness of America's fashion apparel and footwear industry.
