I live in the New York area so I think that New York Fashion is the best.

I guess if I lived in California, I might think that LA Fashion or possibly fashion from San Francisco was the best, I wonder if the people living in Illinois, think that Chicago fashion is the worlds best…

Anyway, odds are that the best fashion cities may be New York, Paris, Milan, etc.
