What is this Brand and where can I find it?

I was just at a horse show and saw this guy wearing a very nicely made turtle neck with a very specific brand on the arm. When I asked the guy who the designer was, he said he got it in France but didn't remember the brand.

Anyone know what the brand is and where to look for it in the States?
