Use different colored storage bags to differentiate your periodic gift bags. For instance, arrange birthday bags from popular gift bag manufacturers in orange-colored bags then Christmas bags in green-colored bags.

    I have colored glossy bags that I use to decorate bouquets for some holidays. For example at my friend's birthday, first I ordered roses in bulk wholesale from https://fiftyflowers.com/collections/roses then I start creating packaging for the bouquet. I take cardboard paper from glossy bags, I cut out shapes for decoration, and then assemble the bouquet. Nothing complicated, but it is beautiful.
