WARDROBE REQUEST FORM

Hello Fashionista's! I am giving my first fashion show called REAL WOMEN EXPOSED. Its for plus size, I do not design for tht market so I want to pull the clothes from retail and department stores. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about asking for a wardrobe request????
