Technical Packs.... How should they look and what should they include?

Hello everyone So I may have found a possible manufacturer for some of My jean designs. She contacted me inquiring various aspects of my designs and company so she could give me a general estimate on how much things would cost. One of the things she brought up was my technical pack. So I have the actually designs and patterns but I was wondering what else should I include? I was thinking measurements for the models, type of fabrics, where exactly I want the design etc. Also how should the technical pack look? Thanks =)
