Tech Pack / Spec Sheet DesignerNeeded

Hello, I'm in need of a teckpack/spec sheet for a tee-shirt I would like to have manufactured overseas. I have a sample of the exact shirt I would like copied in all sizes. The techpack would need to include the thread count and weight. If someone can create this for me please quote me the price..... Shawn
