Having suffered with lower back pain for years, I decided to do something about it rather than just dosing up on Ibuprofen.

Unsuccessful course of physio led to MRI scans, and ultimately a day in the Nuffield yesterday having 7 injections of steroids and cortisone into my spine and surrounding nerves and joints.

Feeling very sore this morning mainly due to bruising where the needles went in, however the painkillers are proving very interesting, apologies for any spelling mistakes or wandering trains of thought....

So has anyone had similar treatments for back pain? Successful or not?

Thanks in advance

I also had a strong back pain but and I used steroid injections to avoid it, then I found out that CBD oil can help the same way without injecting and then I decided to change everything. So, I found a group of professionals that helped me out by the help of proinversion therapy and now I can move like Muhammad Ali on the ring. Moreover I started to go to the gym and I have pretty good results. Also I found out on the https://www.srsmiami.com/best-sarm-stacks/ that sarms can help me to avoid back pain while I am training.

I feel you, bro, also fighting with back pain!

Hi! I’ve faced the problem you’re trying to solve, mate! I don’t know if you’re still have problems with your back pain or not but solving it the way you’ve mention seems kind of cruel to me. I had the same problems as you do now, but I’ve helped myself in a healthier way. The first thing that helped me through this was doing back pain exercises! Sport is an excellent answer like every time, but here it was especially welcomed. Also, as a combination for sport to stop my pain I used kratom. It is not a drug like you may think about it, it is like a traditional pain killer because it is not developing dependence. If you want to give it a try you can look for it here https://kratomgallery.com/. I hope that’ll help you!

I also have ugly back pain and I was close to take steroid injections but in the end, happily, I change my mind. One of my mom's friend wich is a nutritionist and a naturalist fan, she convinced me to try natural solutions to treat my back. Of course, I didn't trust this at first but surprisingly it helped me. She taught me how to do yoga correctly and how important is stretching for your body. I began doing inverse excessive therapy at ProInversion and taking yoga classes there. I was pleased! I never took painkillers, and I was never a fan of pill treatments. That’s why the chiropractor doctor is the most excellent advice I could give you! Four years ago, my brother had a ski accident, causing him severe headaches and back pain. He was lucky that my mom found the best Chiropractor Care. I believe that this is the best chiro team in the country! The best thing, actually, was that he found the actual problem causing the pain. Now, he still goes to monthly appointments, and he is delighted by the doctor’s team and work.
