• There are many ways to make sporting progress. It depends on your training experience. Combining a balanced diet with sports supplements, amino acids and vitamins. Dynamic training in the gym and cardio. I think some of this will help you, and it's better to do it all together. I wish you success and progress.
  • Hey there! I'm totally on board with wanting to get in shape. For nutrition, focus on balanced meals with lots of veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. Oh, and let's give sugar the boot! Mix things up with cardio like dancing or jogging, and add some strength training too. Consistency is key, and patience is a must – but you've got this! 💪
