Silicone grip dots on fabric

I am trying to find the method and some one who places silicone grip dots on fabric. Similar to the silicone grip dots placed on glove palms, or sports clothing. I have been working with the two top silicone manufacturers in the US, but they nor their chemist haven't any information on this. I have received many various types of silicone samples, but lack the knowledge of how it is place on the fabric and where to go. I hope to have it done in the US. Can any one help?
