seek somebody in NY to help my low-budge art project shooting

i'm a photographer shooting fine art and fashion, now i'm working on an interesting personal portrait project, i need somebody who can help to make some wardrobe using cheap colorful plastic material- the material for rain coat, bath curtain etc...i provide you all the styles (business suite, soldier uniform, women dress....), you need to find the material from market, find the buttons and other accessories and make it. if you have interest and want to talk more about the detail and budget, welcome to send me an email: artfotographer@hotmail.com thanks!
