Vendor claims item was shipped 2 days ago. The message above has never changed even tho I signed up for updates.

    Their whole system is messed up. I would definitely not suggest using USPS services next. And personally, I don't use it. I had the worst ever experience with them.
    Usually, they will deliver very slow and late and you won't even be able to track the shipment. Even if you call customer service they will only say the package is on the way. Recently USPS has changed its policies and service charges.

    Sincerely, not the best shipping company. Their system is messed up. I ordered a package, and it went from KY to IA (where it was to be delivered), to LA, back to IA. And then it said it was at my post office, when I went to the post office they said the crate of the package it was arrived, but not the package. This is not clear in the tracking app. When asked to find out where my package was, they said they didn't have a way to do that.   It did arrive the next day, but the whole experience sure not make sense and this is not the first time! Since then, I have been using the company's services https://www.sendungsverfolgungpost.de/de/. I have never had such unpleasant cases with them.
