re-issue of a discontinued t-shirt

Pardon my lack of jargon, I'm a layman. I'd like to distribute (and print on) a t-shirt. The only model I have for this t-shirt was made by The North Face around 2001-2002. Can I track the manufacturer, or find a way to re-create this t-shirt, based on the info I have on the care label? For example, I have the following: RN# 61661 CA# 30516 V 12345 102 10601 112 013466 Made In Israel I also have a shirt which is brand new and sold by Columbia, made in Indonesia. I would like to buy blanks of this shirt to sell with my company's name embroidered. If anyone can suggest to me how I can find the manufacturer, or accomplish this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
