Product Design, Material Selection, Domestic Manufacturing - HELP?

Hi All - You're looking at the writings of a complete novice here. A couple of partners and myself are in the midst of starting up a small (as in microscopic) business specializing in men's underwear. We've got some rough designs and prototypes, performed some market research, and are now ready to take it to the next level. We are in need of some people with much more experience than us to help finalize professional working prototypes, determine ideal material selection and then lastly help with domestic production of our products. Does anyone have any pointers or referrals they might be able to provide? Thanks!
