Now Taurus has a new Micro 9mm high capacity pistol. GX-4

First it was Sig with the P365. Then Springfield Armory with the Hellcat. Then Ruger with the Max-9, and S&W tried with the Shield Plus(but it is a bit bigger than the rest), and finally, Taurus has released the new GX-4 that looks remarkably similar to a P365...

 


Glock has GOT to be embarrassed that they are being outclassed by Taurus and trounced in the arms race.

But, MSRP is $392, which is not bad. Who knows what actual street price will be after a few months.

    It’s interesting to see how the market is shaking up. I recently picked up a Pit Viper 9mm from the page https://9mmpitviper.com/ , and it's been a solid performer for its size. I used it alongside a friend's new Taurus GX4, and while it's impressive, the Pit Viper had a slight edge in terms of feel and handling. The Taurus GX4 seems like a strong contender in the compact pistol market, especially with its price point. Glock might have some stiff competition ahead! It’s great to see so many options available, so testing them out in person is key to finding the best fit for your needs.

    I cannot stand the two finger grip on these tiny guns. I have a Kahr P380 that is like that. I switched to the Glock 43x so I can get a full grip. It's not that much more to conceal. The after market (shield Arms S15) mags give you 15 + 1. Stupid Glock cannot give you more capacity in the factory mags.
