NEED HELP FINDING A GOOD SEWING MACHINE and RECOMMENDATIONS!! :B

I want to get a sewing machine to make clothing and start my career of fashion designing but I dont want to make the wrong choice of one so If someone could tell me a pretty good fashion design sewing machine that's good for making clothing and Making all sorts of poofy ruffles Durable and strong enough for sewing jeans good for making all sorts of clothing and under $400 dollars THANK YOU GRACIES
