Mens Footwear Manufacturer

HELLLLLPPP!! I am a Mens footwear designer in search of a footwear agent or manufacturer in Brazil to produce a line of wingtips, moccasins, loafers and prince albert style slippers. This process is actually much harder than I thought it would be. If anyone could shed any light on my situation that would be great. I have researched the Brazilian footwear association (Abicalcados), searched Alibaba, google, yahoo etc...NOTHING! If anyone could help in any way that would be awesome. Thanks
