I have been contacting some Silk Manufacturers in China via the Alibaba website.  Has anyone had any experience with a good supplier?

We are developing a beautiful range of luxury silk sleepwear and loungewear and currently in the sampling stage trying to source the perfect silk to be the signature fabric for our brand.

The small capsule collection is made up of 14 styles: Classic floor sweeping dressing gowns, pyjamas, bias cut slips and camisoles.  Our packaging is stunning and looks very moden and chic.  We want our brand to sit alongside high-end international labels so our quality must be perfect and our fabrics luxurious and wear well.

What we are looking for:

• 100% Pure Silk Satin / Charmeuse
• Weight: 12.5mm - 19mm
• High thread count
• High Quality
• Luxury, beautiful drape, soft hand feel
• Dosen't crease easily
• Good color selection
• Colorfast dye
• Washable / Durable
• Good price
• Low minimums - Happy to supply small sampling orders
• Quality control - Reordering must be consistant
• Able to supply large units when the company grows

We are hoping to manufacture our garments in Vietnam. Does anyone know of a good silk supplier in Vietnam that makes silk that meets our requirements? Or is China the best option for silk?

Also interested in Silk Crepe de Chine with and without a satin back, silk georgette and fine silk/cotton blends.

Any advice would be much appreciated!!!
