Looking for a custom manufacturer in the uk or Asia

Looking for a manufacturer who will manufacture custom streetwear pieces, so pieces that are designed to a custom specification. 100% cotton garments. I don't want a minimum order restriction! I want to be able to order any quantity I want, for example maybe only 50 pieces. I also want competitive pricing. UK manufacture is preferable, as easier to communicate and can visit.
