Where are the latest styles being Purchased/sourced?

Where are retailers like: Nasty Gal, Forever 21, Tobi, etc purchasing their merchandise? I've dealt with Alibaba and got very poor results and quality merchandise. Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks!!
