Incomplete Designer Desperately Needs Help

Hi there, I seriously need some advice, I'm a self taught designer and I haven't had the funds to learn pattern making and industrial sewing as of yet and I've designed two collections and have been trying to find work as a designer. I've actually found a company very interested in my designs but I have no idea how to provide the design specs they need to start production once they choose which designs they want to buy the rights to. This is a problem because they want to know how much money to pay me for my designs and I've pretty much no idea what to charge since I can not provide all the info they need. There's a country issue here too , according to industry cost differences between north America and Australia.
