I need a manufacturer!

Hi I am looking for a Sample maker to make samples for my small clothing line (ie: 10 styles, 1 size). They will consist of Wovens/Knits tops and bottoms. I can provide the fabrics and sketches and maybe initial sample. Can you send me a price sheet? Do you work by the hour or the complicity of the garment? If you can respond back I would greatly appreciate it.
