- You need to find a niche. Identity a problem and design a product to solve the problem.
- Build a business plan and budget plan. Lay the road ahead of you on paper.
- Create your brand name, and logo, and register your business
- Start working on your designs and for that, you can use designing software like Adobe Illustrator to design your products.
- Find the right manufacturers and source your materials with care. Nothing beats good product quality.
- Balance profits with what is customers willing to pay when it comes to pricing your product.
- Decide where you want to sell your products. Amazon, Instagram, Esty, etc.
- Have a marketing plan to promote your business on social media.
- Scale up your business when you start earning a healthy profit. Consider investing in software like inventory management, accounting, budgeting, and Fashion PLM to better manage your business and turn manual processes automatic.
