I haven't gone through the five stages of breaking up yet. Now I am overwhelmed with emotions. I made an appointment with a doctor for a consultation and decided to ask for help. There is a widespread belief that depression is nothing, a mundane thing that happens to everyone sometimes. Or even someone has nothing to do, so he shows off. It's not an illness, just a person who gives free rein to his bad mood. And if it's not a disease, but some kind of dabbling, then there's no need for medication for depression.
