My girlfriend designer does a lot of crystal and pearl embellishment on her gowns and has to sew them all by hand. I know there has to be a better way.
I have seen a lot of hot fix crystals online and in a few stores, but they are always in the T-shirt section. I know that some materials will react to too much heat but I have read that you can still use the hot fix if you're careful.
Has anybody had any experience in using hot fix on gowns?
Any tips/tricks would be appreciated as well.
