Graphic Designer with artwork looking to put in the market

Hello out there I need some help around here please LOL, well the laugh is because I've been getting the "yes we can, you need $5.000, I will sell you shirts...I'm not a store thank you and I'll get back because we are behind in work...What is going on?? But need someone tell me something because I don't know what's going on...I'm only skilled in designing artwork for clothes and that is it. Is there something I'm missing? Oh and I have several more if you would. I look forward to hearing back from someone that like to make money. peace, Inaam
