Gildan Activewear - GIL

Just noticed huge decline is stock value of Gildan (blank t-shirt supplier). Don't fully know the facts behind the company losing a third of its value in one day, but I simply hate seeing a clothing company take such a hit. Hopefully, they will claw their way back... Stock Symbol GIL currently down 4.83 (34.09%) 12:26PM ET (Dec. 11, 2008) Gildan Activewear Inc. supplies activewear for the wholesale imprinted sportswear market in the United States and Canada, as well as in Europe. The company sells T-shirts, sport shirts, and fleece in large quantities to wholesale distributors as undecorated blanks, which are subsequently decorated by screenprinters with designs and logos.
