Getting an entry level sewing machine ; which one though?!

Hi guys!

I just joined to ask this one thing ;

I'm getting my girlfriend an entry-level sewing-machine for valentines day but I dunno which one would suit her best,

she has no experience of sewing or fashion designing or anything but she often says she'd like one.

I'm not sure what she would do on it but I guess ; make dresses and tops and take in tops she already has and stuff etc.
