Greetings everyone from Kansas City, I would like to start by introducing myself!  My name is Daniel I am an 43yr old male, that within the past year has gone through a very difficult divorce of 20 years and a job loss.  But what all of this has done is give me a new lease on life, "A 2Nd chance!' For years I have had an incredible Idea to launch a "designer Jean company" so the time has come to live my dream.   Although my back ground might not be in fashion, It has been in consumer manufacturing so I do understand the business of manufacturing .  My past employer was my ex-wife family owned biss and I was part of its growth from a kitchen table to $20 million a yr in sales.   I have spent the last year doing research and one on one marking with people of all ages shapes sizes and income, and very one them have said my idea is a million dollar idea and everyone I have talked to said make them and they will sell and that they would by them as well  , at this point I have my logo, my Trademark serial number, and web landing page with URL protected for 3 years.   At this point I am not sure how mush info I can reveal with the fear of someone stealing my dreams, but what I can tell you is that under the umbrella there will be 3 branded ladies jeans and one for men, as well as other items that my company logo will be a huge hit.   Now  that I am at a cross roads as I have having trouble find a designer here in Kansas City.  I am looking for and advice from the vast knowledge that I sure lies within the forum.    I promise you that my logo and Idea will be HUGE in this industries so please help me.  I have a dream just like the rest of you and you never know maybe one day we can be the one helping someone like one of us, as we make our make in this industry.
