Fashion Design Softwear

I was browsing the internet and came across this Fashion Design Softwear called Fashion Pro. I wanted to know if anyone has used it before? Would you recommended it or another fashion design softwear. I am currrently working on my own T shirt line and wanted a softwear system to draw my designs so it looks professional, scan my fabric and artwork. Also if you know of an inexpensive place to buy from?
